Casa Flora

The Casa Flora is a combination of North American architectural and Spanish architectural combine. To build in Costa Rica surrounds Spanish architecture, where you’ll find private areas in front of the house and common areas in the back where we spend most of our time.  In Costa Rica, it is summer every day and the majority of your time will be spent in an open-air livingroom – Terraza area and pool deck.  Combined together with North American standards and comforts.

Building In Costa Rica Features

Casa Flora has a combination of elements. Whereas, to build in Costa Rica the private areas are to the one side of the house.  The kitchen and living room areas are in the center of the home.  There are glass walls to the back of the home opening up the outdoor living area.  The house wraps around the outdoor living area.  Which joins the living room and kitchen zones to the outdoor living area.  Perfect for large get-togethers as there is plenty of room for socializing.  Furthermore, adding in the pool deck with landscape lighting provides additional space for your get-togethers or just provides a zone to be alone and enjoy a book in tranquillity.  Which is why we decide to build in Costa Rica.
