This home has many features for outdoor living.  The air-conditioned part of this home is small and therefore economical.  The size of this home comes from the large balcony and expanded terrace.  There is an option for closing in the balcony or part of the terrace to add additional bedrooms or office/study area.

The upper balcony is large for taking the sun, reading a book, privacy or incorporating hot tub and other suite novelties.  The lower terrace is also large with space for the pool table or ping pong.  Or perhaps you prefer a fuse ball table.  With glass doors that completely open to the terrace.  Your ability to place any activity of your desire in this space.  This design can fit on almost any lot from 300 meters and larger.

There are high ceilings on the main level that provide passive cooling and cross breezes.  The kitchen and living room areas are stunning and expanding expeditiously when the glass walls have opened up.  This home has a nautical aesthetic.  Suitable for a beach home.  With a concrete flat roof, there can easily install a garden roof or studio/gym.  There are many options.

    I like this house. I already have an ocean front lot and this house would fit there. Of course with some modifications. In our case the house with the pool and terrace would face the ocean, so the garage would need to be moved, and rearrange some of the floor plans. We are looking for a 150-180 sq meter home too.
