Casa Luxury Living

This home is one of my personal favorites. Casa Luxury as the name suggests makes this home a perfect vacation home.  This home has features that you have not seen in other designs, which I will describe some of them here.  The curb appeal of Casa Luxury has a striking first impression.  Yet, the second, third, and fourth impressions surpass the first.  The roof has simplicity with uncomplicated lines.  Which function perfectly for solar panels.  As the roof pitch receives sun from dawn to dusk.  With the low profile roof, the house’s front focal point is the front wall architectural elements.  With the stone veneer accents and the earth tone colors, this home blends in with the natural environment of Costa Rica.

Casa Luxury – vacation home features

When you enter the house through an elegant entryway.  You are entering into a very spacious living room.  There are architectural coffered ceilings at 3m high (10ft.).  The kitchen on the right side of the entrance with accent lighting and a functional island with seating.  These two views alone are spectacular.  Furthermore, the back wall is floor to ceiling glass with a view over the tropical landscaping and pool area.  The most captivating element here is the pool that enters the home. This part of the pool is 1 m in depth which functions perfectly in the daytime for watching children and you can keep a close eye on them and keep them out of trouble.  In the evening this turns into a Jacuzzi for adults to sit back and relax and enjoy your favourite beverage.  The pool in the back is more for adults with more entertaining elements.

The kitchen has geometric angles with a 3 sided island of modern cabinetry.  There is accent lighting in the kitchen as well as task lighting for preparing dinners. The island has a joined seating/table area with pendant lights. Completing the exquisite kitchen design with built-in appliances.  Preparing meals in this kitchen has become a whole lot easier and fun.  The master bedroom is another feature worth mentioning here. This is a large room with a sitting area that can be used as a work station. The ensuite bathroom is open concept and spacious.  We placed the jacuzzi in the bedroom to encompass the views through the glass walls.  Jacuzzi’s are meant to be relaxing as you are being massaged by the jets.  Therefore, the perfect setting for this is in the bedroom with views and sounds harmonious.  Rather than in the bathroom where the views are a toilet.  These feature elements make your master bedroom a suite.  Large spacious room, equipped with seating area or work station, in-room jacuzzi, floor to ceiling glass, open bathroom, high ceilings.  Making this a perfect vacation home

Executive Living At Affordable Prices

Each guest bedroom has its own private bathroom. This home demonstrates executive living by providing private areas for each room. There are several common areas, balconies, and places for entertaining several people. This home is very active the layout provides much privacy from the neighbours.  This home can be built on a building platform or on a sloping lot from front to back. This home has many possibilities the size of the home looks much larger than the actual size. With this U-shaped surround, we have sufficient shaded areas as well as sunny areas which are an important attribute when you’re in tropical climates.  The laundry facilities are away from the common areas so your cleaning person will not interrupt your time of relaxation or entertaining.

Whether used for a vacation home, or principle living.  This home has it all.
