Lot Requirement

The Casa Romantica is a ranch-style layout.  The house is narrow but quite wide.  This gives the appearance of a large home.  In addition to the detached garage and carport that increases volume and lot coverage.  For this reason, it is recommended that the lot have a 40-meter frontage at a minimum.
